TP Link is out with their newest wireless router with 11N wireless technology that provides an impressive 150 Mbps wireless transfer rate. TP Link Halo 150Mbps Wireless N mini pocket router TL-WR706N (CES Innovations 2013 Design and Engineering Award Honoree) is a straight plug and play router device that is ideal for business travel hotels or home alike. With support for AP, Client, Repeater, Bridge and Router five working models the wireless router provides WAN/LAN wired interface and a wireless routing mode which automatically switches to WAN port when required. The USP of the router is its overall volume reduction to 47.3% due to the elimination of external power supply unit (PCB board) altogether.
Additionally the new hardware mode selector switch automatically configures the parameters. The mini wireless router is compatible with a range of wireless cards with Wi-Fi phones, tablet PCs, notebooks, netbooks and computers for uninterrupted high speed wireless network. Wireless routing mode also supports IP bandwidth control, peanut shell DDNS, firewall, traffic statistics and other useful features. TP-LINK’s 150Mbps Wireless N Mini Pocket Router is on display at CES 2013, Las Vegas Convention, Center South Hall 4-Upper Level, Booth 36212.
